Idili Traditional holiday guesthouse in Rethymno, Crete. In Rethymno, in the seaside village of Panormos, between Rethymno and Heraklion, is the traditional guest house Idili. It is a preserved, traditional, stone-built building, with terraces and a garden, built at the end of the 19th century.
It is 100m away. from the beach and 80m. from the center of the village with its taverns and shops. It was renovated a few years ago and kept unchanged the characteristics of the Venetian-Cretan architecture: entablature, arches, stone walls, wooden ceilings, fireplaces, wine press.
The three apartments of the guesthouse “Agioklima”, “Hyakinthos”, and “Jasemi” have been reconstructed with sensitivity and taste, they perfectly combine functionality and comfort, with Cretan tradition.
